How does it work?
Super simple. Click on whichever page fits your need, fill out the information and a technician will be in contact with you within minutes and they will begin walking you through the process of determining the problem and getting your device ready for service. Next you'll ship out your computer or laptop to us, or set up a pickup spot and then we will begin working on it as soon as we get it. From there our technicians will fix the problem, contact you, and make sure there are no other issues with the system and then ship it back to you. For chat support we use zoom to video chat with you and determine and fix any issues you are having.
